Our Office Assistant, Shannon Chapa is a rare native Austinite with over seven years in the construction industry. Her previous roles as Project Coordinator for a commercial general contractor and Sales Representative for residential finishes have given her industry insight as well as the tools needed to deliver exemplary results on projects. Some of her experience includes ground-up and remodeling of office spaces, restaurants, schools, and churches.

Shannon also comes to us with over six years of experience in human resources for retail construction which adds to her dynamic role here.

Her top priority is family as she is devoted to her husband, 2 children, and their puppy.

She is talented at DIY projects at home, enjoys world travel, and is committed to being eco-conscious.

Shannon is the bright, friendly face that greets each office visitor and one of the many brilliant minds behind Flintrock projects. We are so grateful to call her a member of our close-knit group.
