Steve has over 30 years of responsibility for quality workmanship and on time schedule. His responsibilities begin during pre-construction where he evaluates the design for constructibility and helps to develop the project schedule. During construction, he will ensure that the project meets or exceeds the goals established for quality, schedule and budget. He is directly responsible for the minute to minute activities in the field and overall safety performance on the project.
